Blessed and Thankful

I am so truly thankful for fertility medicine! Yes clomid, hcg shots, insemination, and amazing doctors. Being thankful that there are options and I will try everything we can afford! 

Being truthful, it's my daily prayer that Gods plan happens, as bad as I want to plead and beg I know he knows my future. 

Having friends that have been through with similar stories helps but it's never the exact same because they end up getting pregnant- leaving you still trying! So glad that things worked for them but wish it was at the snap of a finger "just keep trying" if it was only that simple. 

Totally grateful and hope that kindness is not mistaken, I am trying to make my life full of good (people and actions). We may not always see eye to eye but I am sure we can get past the difference. This is to so many in my life If you think there is a possibly this was written about you and I, then it probably was! I just want to live, to be loved, and to know that all things can be worked out unless you Dwell on them or make them bigger than intended. Just want peace and no drama! If your in my life it's because I want you to be.

 

November in a nutshell - Big Times and Big Deals

Big Times and Big Deals

This week has been a busy BLAST!!

Every November it is known that the girls in my family and community, mark our calendars way in advance for MISTLETOE every year. Mistletoe is in the trade center in Jackson MS, its put on my JA of Jackson. Its a large time and fundraiser at the same time. over 100 vendors participate selling products (clothes, stationary, paper products, food items, toys, books, holiday items and decor).

Jodys mom came into town this week for the GRAND Event but pre-Event we did some Christmas shopping. She hit up Dirt Cheap then Friday Mrs Terri, mom and I head north to the Mistletoe. We had to stop on the way at Shirleys and Ballyhoo then lunch (I must eat in order to shop in GOOD SPIRITS). 

Arrived at Mistletoe, paid to park close in hopes that we find so many goodies we have to take a trip to  car to unload (THiS we DID)!! They had an Inexpensive Pewter booth that I purchased some Christmas Items (gifts) from, tons of foodie samples (dips, sauces, cheese-straws, etc). I typically never by clothes at any boutique store but since my Mother in law was there She bought Some as christmas gifts!! JACKPOT!! 

Lunch at some AMAZING Italian Restaurants in Jackson

People are moving and lives are changing all around me! Jody taking the new job at Nicholson has been amazing and challenging all at the same time. Dad working and still going to interviews just wears me out!!! Just pick one and be happy!

For 6 years Jody and I worked in Laurel and are lunch almost everyday together.  Needless to say I am still adjusting. I normally would eat lunch by 1130 but since he took his new job I don't even get hungry? Yes I have folks to eat with and I love my alone time, but Adjusting is different. 

Jody received his CPA Certificate Sat Nov 9th! This day as huge, his mom, my folks and Jody's dad & Anna all went to the capitol in Jackson for to celebrate in his honor! After ceremony we went to PF Chang -  Yes everything has a meal involved.

Next week is Thanksgiving and yes I have some Christmas decor already out!

PeterAnderson festival! Best friends w/mom

Ocean Springs is a beautiful quant town on the coast of MS! Lots of family owned shops, boutiques and restaurants. This traditional festival shopping trip with my bestie started 3 years ago but we have been friends since we were 13-14 years old! Yep my best friend is Courtney Knotts Garner. We live only a few hours away 2 different states but talk weekly and just pick up where we left off. I visit her atleast 2 more times a year besides this festival annual shopping day! For the last 2 years both our moms went as well! 

November "game on..."

November is an extremely busy month for A&J! With holidays, family visits and getting all our 2013 Resolutions and todo list finished up!!

Today we shopped the town- purchasing a suit for J because he has his CPA ceremony next Saturday! Yes he passed earlier this year but they only do the ceremony twice a year.  (BTW the suits were buy one get THREE FREE!!) 

The entire family will be coming In for this event! 

Can't say enough good things about JosABank, the tailor was awesome! 

We also made our way to SAMS! My sister called this the box store growing up! We buy the necessities and then some never get out of there under $200.

Finally, the jackpot was to pick up a picture getting framed from Hobby-lobby that I bought last year!   This is ChicAgo skyline!  Here is what we did with it!
